Dr. Tricia Reagan
Founder & CEO
Founder and CEO of Syncroz Language Solutions, Dr. Tricia Reagan leads a language access company built on a simple belief: everyone deserves to understand—and be understood—no matter what language they speak or sign. A longtime Spanish interpreter, trainer, and language advocate, she founded Syncroz after years of seeing firsthand how language barriers can block access to essential services, opportunities, and human connection. That experience shaped her conviction that language access is not simply a service—it’s a matter of dignity. Today, Syncroz supports organizations across sectors with interpreting and translation in more than 300 spoken languages plus American Sign Language (ASL), working toward a world where language is never a barrier to access.
In addition to leading Syncroz, Dr. Reagan has been a Professor of Spanish at Randolph-Macon College for 18 years and is the author of two books and multiple articles on Latin American literature, culture, and film. Her academic work focuses on migration, human rights, and the power of storytelling in film and media—interests that deeply inform her commitment to language equity in the real world. At the heart of all of her work—whether in the classroom, the community, or in business—is a simple belief: communication is a human right, and everyone should have the power to be Never Speechless.
In her free time, Tricia enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, doing HIIT workouts, dancing to Latin music, and exploring coffee shops.
Lucia Gemmell
Human Resources Director
As Human Resources Director at Syncroz Language Solutions, Lucia Gemmell brings a people-centered perspective shaped by both professional experience and years devoted to raising and supporting her family. Since stepping into the HR Director role in 2023, she has focused on fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture where employees feel valued, heard, and empowered to succeed. Before transitioning into human resources, Lucia built her career in education as a middle school teacher, earning a master’s degree in education. Her time in the classroom strengthened her skills in communication, mentorship, and understanding diverse needs that continue to guide her approach to HR today.
In addition to her professional experience, she spent 20 years at home raising her four boys, an experience that deepened her resilience, adaptability, and commitment to helping others grow and thrive. At the core of her work is a belief that strong relationships and clear communication are the foundation of any successful organization. She is passionate about supporting employees at every stage of their journey and creating an environment where both individuals and teams can flourish.
Outside of work, Lucia enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing, and she is an avid true crime enthusiast, always ready to dive into the latest podcast or documentary.
Juli Richardson
Director of Customer Success
Juli Richardson brings over 15 years of experience across customer service, relationship management, and marketing to her role as Director of Customer Success at Syncroz Language Solutions. A graduate with a BBA in Marketing, her career has spanned both people-facing and behind-the-scenes roles — from content marketing and analytics to retail and digital advertising — giving her a well-rounded understanding of what organizations and the people within them truly need.
At Syncroz, Juli is committed to creating a seamless, supportive experience for everyone. Working closely with both clients and interpreters, she believes in fostering the kind of open, meaningful communication that allows everyone to shine, ensuring every person feels valued and understood. A natural people person with a warm, friendly approach, Juli understands that strong partnerships aren’t built overnight, but are nurtured over time through trust, consistency, and genuine care. That belief drives everything she does, and it’s what makes her a natural fit for a company whose mission is rooted in human connection.
When she’s not championing client and interpreter success, Juli spends her time with her favorite people and can usually be found at a live concert, exploring history and culture, cheering on her favorite teams, or curled up with a documentary or a decades-old mystery she’s convinced she can finally solve.
Frank Parker
Director of Strategic Operations and Technology
As Director of Strategic Operations and Technology at Syncroz Language Solutions, Frank Parker leads key initiatives that strengthen the company’s systems, infrastructure, operations, and partnerships. Working at the intersection of technology and strategy, he oversees the implementation of tools and processes that improve efficiency, support scalability, and ensure seamless service delivery across the organization. His work plays a critical role in helping Syncroz meet the evolving needs of clients in a fast-moving, technology-driven industry while maintaining a high standard of reliability and responsiveness. Frank is currently pursuing a degree in cybersecurity, further strengthening Syncroz’s approach to security and compliance.
Frank brings extensive experience in IT operations within fast-paced environments. He has led teams responsible for maintaining network performance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting critical systems, including point-of-sale operations. His work includes implementing new technologies and addressing security and system challenges to ensure reliable and effective technical operations.
Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, Spice, as well as traveling, and exploring television related to space and extraterrestrial life.
